genpath and hidden directories

Hi all,

Currently genpath will also find hidden directories (e.g. with names
starting in "." for unix). This might not be what the user expects (it
certainly wasn't what I expected). -- I use svn and so all my script
directories have a .svn subdir with further subdirs below.
>From the matlab help page, it is not clear what is matlab's genpath
behavior -- can someone with access to matlab check please?
