| Upps, sorry. I was just fiddling with vander.m and though it didn't have
| a test in the file. Scratch that patch, the coverage in test_matrix.m is

OK, but it would still be good to move tests from the test/test_X.m
files to the source files to avoid confusion like this in the future.
If you (or anyone) would like a small project...
