The gnuplot4.3_x11(cygwin) can be used from MSVC octave

Hello

I found gnuplot4.3_x11(cygwin) can be used from MSVC octave.

The rotation of the 3d plot by mouse will be possible.
Of course this way has also demerits.  
Please refer to the ReadmeMingwOct3.0.xx.txt.
 

If you do not have 'tar.bz2' extarcting tool, please down load tarbz2.zip from
http://www.geocities.jp/tmoctwin/octmingw.html

The way is similar to the recent release of mingw-Octave by me.
Please read in the '2.1.2 gnuplot 4.3 (CVS) X11 on cygwin' the following

3. Install gnuplot 4.3 (CVS) X11 and startup batch files
is replaced the following.

Please the download 'octaveX11.tar.bz2' 
and place it at the parent folder of octave intalled one.
(If octave-MSVC is installed c:\Prgrams\octave-3.0.0, it is c:\Prgrams)

Please execute
C:\programs>tar xvfkj octaveX11.tar.bz2

in the bin directry octaveX11.bat and its shortcut created.  Please erase them.

The previous section "2.Install cygwin dlls."
should also be modified according to your environments.


Please copy the file attached to this mail to the bin folder and modify it 
according to 
your environments.
