Build with Intel C++/Fortran on AMD Opteron (+multithreaded ACML) OK,
make check OK except 1 failure in test_linalg, that has already been
fixed in mainline by 7820:5502b815a556. Perhaps it can be applied to
release-3-0-x as well.
