Yes, FTGL is totally unrelated to FLTK and anthoug they have very
similar acronyms, they share no work in common: FTGL is FreeType for
OpenGL, FLTK is Fast Light ToolKit
in fedpra the relevant package is ftgl-devel-2.1.2-6
