It's sort of unofficial, but I think there's a general agreement that
we need a tracker and so we should at least try the one from Savannah
- it's the one most immediately available. So it's your choice, but
the bug tracker is now (unofficially) preferable. Reports sent to
mailing list will probably be randomly moved to the tracker (usually
it's just a few copy-pastes).
