I think the proposed FAQ is very well written, precise and accurate.

A suggestion you can take or leave is that it might not be clear to
someone reading the FAQ what is meant by "compatible with the GPL".
Maybe punting a link to the FSF's GPL pages would help, something
along the lines of adding

   For more information about GPL-compatible licenses see
http://www.fsf.org/licensing/licenses

to the end of the first answer.
