Re: changeset 9395 (3.2.ｘ branch) should be applied not only x11 term but on windows, wxt, ( and aqua) term

Hello

We have to separate two issues.
1. The mouse zooming issue.
2. flickering x11, windows, wxt window seen with rapid gnuplot updates.

Does the second issue not occur on the aqua terminal ?

The attachment is used to confirm flickering screen for me.
