Hello

This is not a bug fix.

However I would like to propose to remove 'pgnuplot' check in aclocal.m4.

Now on windows there exist 'gnuplot.exe' in cvs trees, which can be used  from 
octave.
The combination of pgnuplot+wgnuplot cannot be worked from octave 3.2.
Checking 'pgnuplot' existence is no loner be useful but is rather harmful.
