I have tried to use 'make install' at the step building being stopped. I have
found that .oct files
were made in in the src/DLD-FUNCTIONS in the build directory trees.
The command 'make install' did not copy .oct files but only dll files into
install directory trees of
octave as was reported on cygwin by Marco.
