3.2.4 release

hi all,

since nobody reported any problem with the rcs except David's problem
(which I hopefully fixed), I declare 3.2.4 to be unofficially
released.
Tarballs and patches are available at
http://artax.karlin.mff.cuni.cz/~hajej2am/ulozna/octave/

John, please upload the tarballs to GNU archives and make an official
announcement when you wish to.

Short summary: 23 changes since 3.2.3, mostly bugfixes. The rate of
patches to development sources that can be flawlessly transplanted to
3.2.x is decreasing,
indicating that we should be up to a new major release again.
