FYI: extended test capability

hi all,

I have extended the test function to be able to catch errors and
warnings, using the syntax:
http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/f7cf1a53e1c5

%!error id=ERROR_ID code

using this feature, I fixed the tests that have been failing lately.
This could be potentially useful for more tests where we can depend on
IDs rather than messages.
