Is there a way to subscribe to email delivery for announcements of new
bug reports or is that only available to group members? I assume
savannah group membership is intended for developers not mostly
lurkers? I don't mind responding and submitting new ones through
savannah, but I like being able to follow bugs reports--I learn a lot
about how octave works from those discussions.
