FYI:gcc-4.5.0-1 for MinGW is uploaded

Hello

I have noticed the gcc-4.5.0-1 is uploaded in MinGW site.
It was uploaded 2010-04-19.

>From this release, the term "experimental" is disappeared. :-) (e.g. gcc -v).

I am trying this to build octave in development branch.  As I have reported 
here, the g++ of verision
4.5.0 supports the shared stdc++ library by default and does not require 
-lstdc++_s flag. This is very
useful current libtool based build of the octave.
