I run octave as
strace -f octave 2> octave-strace.txt
and I see that the ghostscript process is spawn before
postscript file is created.


I do not understand why, but I do not understand fltk
graphics code at all...


(BTW, changing the name of temporary file in __fltk_print__
from tmpnum(), ".eps" to tmpnum(), "_octprint.eps" seems
helpful for debugging.)
