compile error on oct-env.cc in building octave-3.3.52+ on MinGW32

I have just tried to build the recent development source.

The changeset date and time
Tue Sep 21 13:09:12 2010 +0200 
changeset 11008 3622db30ff05

Beginning of this month, I have not met such errors.

Is this better to report on the bug tracker?
