Yes, I added the docstrings there.
Hmm, thinking about it now, maybe strread should be with textread and
textscan? Isn't sscanf in the I/O chapter even though it just
generates a string and doesn't write to a file? I'm not sure what is
best. Move it if you think it should go with the other I/O
functions..
