We have some very old system-dependent code for SCO Unix (indicated by
the preprocessor macro SCO) and OS/2 (indicated by the preprocessor
macro EMX and sometimes OS2). I don't recall seeing any messages on
the lists about either of these systems for years now.
Is there any objection to removing this old code?
