Minimalist Octave ?

Hello,

I'm studying the feasibility of using some numerical processing algorithm I
developed in Octave on a laptop , this time on a embedded computer. There
must be a downscaling to remove everything not used *in the target
application*. How can I
1) determine what are the required Octave libs in my application
2) compile a minimalist Octave without all the unnecessary libs ?
