If I understand correctly, it can be placed in the savannah archive, but if is 
it not included in the module.mk file then it doesn't get installed.

I think it could go in the octave/scripts/testfun directory.

However, we may want to extend it to create a documented comparison to Matlab, 
or automatically create a html comparison. In which case, perhaps it should go 
somewhere in octave/doc?
