Hello Judd,

yes I envisioned something like we do for the editor or the pager. In 
the simple case it is just the users internet browser, but for an ide 
like octavede it could be the integrated html browser component.
It would be nice to provide a local link to the html docs as well, but 
for that we need to find the location. I think this varies from 
distribution to distribution.
