So, not directly. But it has every other output format that TeXinfo
has. I thought this would be ok, since it's not stuff that should be
"in the manual", but a developer aid. Or is the idea to have a
separate manual? Gnash is the other big C++ GNU project I can think
of, and they're using Doxygen:

If we really also need the TeXinfo output... maybe we could submit it
as a feature enhancement to Doxygen. That sounds like a large project,
so I wouldn't want to commit to it, but I might contribute to it a
little.
