Web page and new logo

Hi All

I'm not sure what the plans are wrt. the web page and our new logo. As a
minimal update I would suggest the attached changes, which simply

  * puts the logo next to the current page header
  * highlights the currently selected page in the navigation bar in
orange (the colour appearing in the logo).

This is not a perfect change, but I think the least we could do is show
off our new logo :-)
