I briefly analysed your binary. It's of course difficult to tell, but
I see that you refer to many Octave functions in it. At any rate, if
you aren't distributing CPOL and GPL code as a whole, there is nothing
in these licenses that forbids you from distributing source. In fact,
it would be simpler if you did. If you're hiding the source, that
makes it more difficult to tell if you're complying with the licenses.

Are you still reluctant to share source? You don't seem to be under an
obligation to do so, but it's easier to make friends here if you do.
