The actual text of the COPL is here (probably should fix Wikipedia to

Read section 5. It's actually kinda nice to put all of their
restrictions under a section called "restrictions". You can't sell it
unless you include it as part of a larger bundle. No *immoral*
purposes (so I guess no image processing of pornographic content?).
Further up, it also forbids you from distributing documentation
without the author's consent.

Pretty ugly license if you ask me... I hope GUIOctave's dependency on
it is weak.
