Guess what, it's a pure windows application. It's not using any open source
widget frameworks at all, so most of the code must be adjusted to fit either
Qt, fltk, Gtk.

Some libraries could be statically linked. In that case, if those libraries are LGPL or GPL, then you must give out the source with the distribution of the executable.
