Well, as I'm not maintaining any patches for ARPACK I'm not supposed
to create this project. This is the reason I'm suggesting this here,
as the octave devs are actually patching ARPACK, so they are the right
people to do something like that, I guess.

Oh, I'm glad to see that fedora people is also concerned about bundled
