I have no intention of including the sources from QScintilla in the repository.  Most platforms already have it as a shared library and if there is a platform that doesn't, we can always download a specific version, compile it, and link it statically.  That way we only have an external library in the binary package but not source package.  If someone really want to get the source very time they build Quint, you can just add a MAkefile target that downloads, uncompresses, and builds the library.

John

The source is required, but please add that mechanism that downloads and compiles library from source automatically. I don't really care if we pull the latest source or if we keep updating it in the repository, but I don't want to rely on binary distributions. Please don't feel bossed by that, it's not my intention. I fear too many external dependencies, if you can avoid them, avoid them.
