There are 3 bug reports out which all boil down to a function or operator
working correctly for array inputs (vector or matrix), but not with scalar
inputs.
Bug #33197: sortrows on a scalar
Bug #33218: transpose on a scalar struct
Bug #33219: logical() function on a scalar integer
These can be tackled individually, but is there a common approach that
would work for all of them?
