I have built from the downloaded source of 3.4.3-rc0 on windows with Msys+MinGW 
platform.

Build itself is successful after some treatments written in 
http://www.tatsuromatsuoka.com/octave/Eng/Win/Readme_octave-3.4.2.txt
(Modify two files and add LIB option) .

Please help improve Octave by contributing tests for
these files (see the list in the file fntests.log).
