Exact same devel branch on fc14 does not fail this test.  Will try to
isolate the problem.

One difference between fc14 and fc15:
fc14:  fftw-3.2.2-4.fc13.x86_64

fc15: fftw-3.2.2-5.fc15.x86_64

If the fc14 rpm will install on fc15, I will try that.
