anyone having freenode blocked?

Freenode is being blocked for me. I'm in Orlando FL and used BrightHouse 
Networks for internet access with RoadRunner as my ISP.

When I try to connect via a browser ...

Microsoft IE zero-day vulnerability, an equally serious vulnerability, or some 
other threat.
