Install failure of odepkg-0.8.0 on MinGW with octave-3.5.90

I have tried to install  odepkg-0.8.0 on MinGW with octave-3.5.90

The results are

Any suggestions?

BTW, miscellaneous-1.0.11 can be installed successfully.
