the test on the snapshot is to verify that the package is not missing
anything needed by the various distros for the correct building;
just last checklist before releasing the 3.6.0.

on which system and which compiler ?
are you starting from a clean repository and build tree ?

ov-oncleanup.cc was previously compiled as oct and currently is
integrated on the main dlls.
