Hello
Perhaps I do not understand the condition of the ARPACK correctly.
Is the latest ARPACK download site here?
http://www.caam.rice.edu/software/ARPACK/download.html
I am now using the arpack96.tar.gz and patch.tar.gz.
GNU zipped tar file of distribution ( arpack96.tar.gz) and patch (patch.tar.gz)
Am I right?
If the newer version ARPACK exist, please show me the pointer.
