No, it wasn't.
It only just got added for Lion recently, because it needed patching,
but Fink currently has both ImageMagick and GraphicsMagick on all of
our supported platforms.
I continue to use only GraphicsMagick for Fink's Octave packages
because I don't want to have to deal with having a
GraphicsMagick-based variant and an ImageMagick-based variant.
