Great job!

I have install vs2008 version because PC in my home VC2008 Express Edition is 
installed.

pkg list tells
Package Name  | Version | Installation directory
--------------+---------+-----------------------
        java  |   1.2.8 | ...\Octave-3.6.1\share\octave\packages\java-1.2.8

Only Java package is found.

I have tried to execute but could not start up due to missing  phonon4.dll.

Start up time is much faster than that of mingw.
Slowness of start up on MinGW is mingw specific problem.
