I have updated the Windows installer for Octave 3.6.1 (MinGW). It is
available there:

 http://www.dynare.org/octave/Octave3.6.1_gcc4.6.2_20120303-setup.exe

It features:

- Octave 3.6.1 compiled for MinGW (as of 2012-03-03)

- OpenBLAS 0.1.0 (with the dynamicarch for 2 threads being the default)

- All Octave-Forge toolboxes (as of 2012-03-03) (all toolboxes are
autoloaded, except ad, nan and gsl; java is autoloaded before io)

- Notepad++ editor, configured for the "edit" command

Don't hesitate to upload it to SourceForge if you think it is useful.
