tabdisp reloaded: displaying structures array as table

Hello,

I applied a few modifications to tabdisp (see this thread:
http://octave.1599824.n4.nabble.com/displaying-structures-array-as-table-td3778402.html#a3779697)

Basically, instead of calling disp once, it is now called for each field to
display and the resulting strings are justified separetelly. Also, long
display are now cut at the right place.

Could it be included somewhere in Octave sources ?
