Re: Octave 3.6.2 (VS2010) available

Thanks!  The GUI is now working.  I accept that it is a preview and
that there is work to be done yet. My intention is to start some work
using the GUI in parallel with emacs and perhaps help in testing.  I
think that the GUI is a great step in the right direction.
