Hi,
I found an issue on my compiled 3.6.2: if you "pkg uninstall <name>" for a package that is not currently installed, the stored package list is then cleared (fortunately it can be rebuilt with "pkg rebuild"). I can't check at the moment, but is this still occurring in default branch?
