Testing octave-3.7.0+

Hello,

I am trying to run octave-3.7.0+ to work a heavy image processing project on
a Macbook Pro i7, 4 core, 4GB.
The downloaded image file was: Octave-X86_64-3.7.0+v7.dmg

When installing the package: image-1.0.15.tar.gz
I wrote at the Octave Prompt:
     pkg install image-1.0.15.tar.gz

I get the error report shown below, can anyone help me? Many thanks!
