Just to give everyone a heads up about this repo corruption issue. It
turns we've triggered an obscure hg bug, and our repo isn't actually
corrupt. There was some trouble with some hg functions not properly
normalising double//slashed//paths. Talking to the hg devs in IRC
confirmed this. I have filed a bug report:
