I just checked in a tweak to fix that.  GCC wants the GCC_ATTR_DEPRECATED
macro to be the very last item on the line before the semicolon.  Update to
a revision greater than or equal to 15431:3e101e8b3dac.

No, it's okay.  Jordi deprecated DiagArray2<T>::diag only on the development branch.
