Please help make the 3.6.4 release a success by building from this
release candidate and reporting any problems. We could especially use
reports for Windows and OS X systems.

Did something in gnulib get backed off between 3.6.3 and 3.6.4rc0? I'm seeing:

/bin/sh ../libtool --tag=CC --mode=compile gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I.. -O2 -g -pipe -Wall -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fexceptions -fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -m64 -mtune=generic -pthread -c -o md5.lo md5.c libtool: compile: gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I.. -O2 -g -pipe -Wall -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fexceptions -fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -m64 -mtune=generic -pthread -c md5.c -fPIC -DPIC -o .libs/md5.o
In file included from md5.h:26:0,
                 from md5.c:27:
./stdio.h:1032:1: error: 'gets' undeclared here (not in a function)

Which I believe I is similar to a problem I saw with 3.6.2 but not in 3.6.3.

This is on Fedora Rawhide (F19).
