Link to[OctDev] ML archives

Could you please restore the link to the OctDev ML *archives* on the
Octave-Forge Mailing lists place (maybe also on the Developers page at the
bottom)? If needed with a warning message that it is a dead ML?

I couldn't find the URL anywhere on the Octave or Octave-Forge site; yet
this ML archive contains many useful posts. It became a bit unaccessible by
removing the link in the course of the latest ML reshuffle.
Using www.archive.org on the current link gives:
   http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum_name=octave-dev
but this trick isn't widely known.
