I'm not sure if you're aware how difficult your question is. When will
the Riemann Hypothesis be solved? When will human overpopulation
subside? When will Apple stop trying to control its customers? When
will the world be a better place?
Software stability isn't an easy question. So, the usual answers
apply: when it's ready, sooner if you help.
