Where to post OF patches/feature requests?

Hello,

I saw that octave-forge bug tracker had been mooved to savannah. Now I 
would like to submit a patch that add features to functions in the image 
package. Should I submit this patch to octave feature request on 
savannah or stick to source-forge one?
