Hi
I was looking at Agora and noticed that the old problem of the
download link not working has been fixed for old bundles. However,
bundles uploaded after the fix just have a "This bundle is being
processed." message. For example
http://agora.octave.org/bundles/SetTheorist/special-functions-octave-library-v1_0
