I noticed that R and ML return 0 for gamrna distributed RVs with shape=0 and
scale=1 (gamrnd(0,1)=0), whereas octave gives NaN.
Given the fact that gampdf(x,a,1) --> inf for x,a --> 0 I find some
justification for having gamrnd(0,1) = 0.
